Certified HUBZone Business

Springboard Engineering is now a certified HUBZone small business concern. The Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) is administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and was designed to stimulate economic development through government contracts and create jobs in urban and rural communities. Jasper county, where Springboard Engineering is located, has been declared a HUBZone based on unemployment figures. In order to be HUBZone certified, a company must be a small business, be located in historically underutilized business zone, be owned and controlled by one or more US citizens and have at least 35% of the employees live in a HUBZone.
