Who is Springboard Engineering?

Springboard Engineering is a privately owned company, located in the heart of the American Midwest.  We provide full-service product development including design engineering, testing, and prototyping.  The eight owners launched Springboard Engineering in order to salvage the vast employee knowledge, equipment, and capabilities of the former Maytag laundry design center in Newton, Iowa.

We are proud of our heritage with Maytag.  The historical connection with this legendary brand name verifies our commitment to quality and ingenuity.

Springboard Engineering roots are in mass production, high volume consumer goods.  Dependability, innovation, and elegant design run through our veins.

Springboard Engineering has decades of experience delivering exciting innovative consumer products to market.  The eight owners alone have 196 years experience in engineering and management.  Our employees are named on over fifty patents.
